fahren, Spenden freischalten<\/h2>\n<p>Ein Kilometer auf dem Rad kann bei Pedal to Empower 2026 mehr sein als nur ein Eintrag im Trainingstagebuch. World Bicycle Relief ruft Radfahrerinnen und Radfahrer weltweit dazu auf, im Mai und Juni Kilometer zu sammeln. F\u00fcr jeden gefahrenen Kilometer soll 1 US-Dollar aus einem Spendentopf an die Organisation freigeschaltet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnahme ist bewusst niedrigschwellig angelegt: Kilometer k\u00f6nnen auf der Stra\u00dfe, auf dem Trail oder auf dem Heimtrainer gesammelt werden. Wer nur seine Aktivit\u00e4ten eintragen m\u00f6chte, soll daf\u00fcr keinen Account ben\u00f6tigen. Wer die Aktion zus\u00e4tzlich unterst\u00fctzen will, kann eine eigene Spendenseite erstellen und Freundinnen, Freunde, Familie oder Kolleginnen und Kollegen einbinden.<\/p>\n<p>World Bicycle Relief will mit Pedal to Empower M\u00e4dchen und Frauen in l\u00e4ndlichen, einkommensschwachen Regionen des Globalen S\u00fcdens unterst\u00fctzen. Dort k\u00f6nnen lange Wege den Zugang zu Bildung, Gesundheitsversorgung und Jobs erschweren. Fahrr\u00e4der sollen helfen, Wege zu verk\u00fcrzen, Zeit zu sparen und mehr Mobilit\u00e4t im Alltag zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr 2026 nennt die Organisation ein Ziel von 1 Million Kilometern und 1 Million Euro Spenden bis Ende Juni.
