Decathlon hat eine Mehrheit an Rebike Mobility \u00fcbernommen. \u00dcber die Start-up-F\u00f6rderungs Tochter Decathlon Pulse stockte das Unternehmen den Anteil am M\u00fcnchner Recommerce-Unternehmen Rebike Mobility auf 60 % auf. Ziel ist auch der Ausbau des Shop-in-Shop-Konzepts in deutschen Decathlon-Filialen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Decathlon Pulse und das M\u00fcnchner Recommerce-Unternehmen Rebike Mobility r\u00fccken noch enger zusammen. Wie beide Unternehmen mitteilen, ist Decathlon Pulse im Rahmen der erweiterten Partnerschaft zum Mehrheitsgesellschafter geworden, nachdem die erforderlichen beh\u00f6rdlichen Genehmigungen vorlagen. Rebike Mobility soll dabei weiterhin als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Unternehmen mit eigener Marke und operativer Struktur auftreten. Das bestehende Management um die Gr\u00fcnder Thomas Bernik und Sven Erger soll an Bord bleiben.<\/p>\n

Wer ist Rebike Mobility?<\/h2>\n

Rebike Mobility wurde 2018 in M\u00fcnchen gegr\u00fcndet und vertreibt general\u00fcberholte E-Bikes und Fahrr\u00e4der namhafter Marken \u00fcber mehrere Kan\u00e4le. Darunter eigene Online-Webshops, Partner-Marktpl\u00e4tze sowie Flagship-Stores in M\u00fcnchen und Frankfurt am Main. Das Unternehmen gibt an, 2025 rund 25.000 E-Bikes in einem eigens entwickelten und vom T\u00dcV Rheinland zertifizierten Refurbishment-Verfahren general\u00fcberholt zu haben. Zudem ist von rund 150 Mitarbeitern die Rede.<\/p>\n

Fokus auf Kreislaufwirtschaft und Second-Life-Markt<\/h2>\n

Inhaltlich dreht sich die Kooperation vor allem um Kreislaufwirtschaft in der Fahrradbranche. Rebike Mobility positioniert sich als Anbieter professionell aufbereiteter E-Bikes und Fahrr\u00e4der. Decathlon Pulse soll mit Investment- und Skalierungserfahrung unterst\u00fctzen. Der Anspruch, refurbished Bikes breiter verf\u00fcgbar zu machen und die \u201eSecond-Life\u201c-Idee st\u00e4rker in den Handel zu bringen.<\/p>\n

Shop-in-Shop bei Decathlon: Pilot lief seit M\u00e4rz 2025<\/h2>\n

Ein zentraler Baustein der Zusammenarbeit ist ein Shop-in-Shop-Ansatz innerhalb von Decathlon-Filialen. In Deutschland wurde das Konzept mit Rebike-Fl\u00e4chen in Weiterstadt, K\u00f6ln-Marsdorf und Leipzig Nova bereits getestet. \u00dcber ein \u201eBuy Back\u201c-System sollen gebrauchte E-Bikes und Fahrr\u00e4der zur\u00fcckgekauft und anschlie\u00dfend professionell aufbereitet werden. F\u00fcr Kunden soll das den Zugang zu general\u00fcberholten Modellen erleichtern und die teilnehmenden Filialen als lokale Anlaufstellen f\u00fcr nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4t positionieren.<\/p>\n

Ausbau f\u00fcr 2026 angek\u00fcndigt<\/h2>\n

Auf Basis der bisherigen Ergebnisse plant Rebike Mobility nach eigenen Angaben, das Shop-in-Shop-Konzept 2026 auf sechs weitere Decathlon<\/a>-Filialen in Deutschland auszuweiten. Welche Standorte konkret dazukommen, wurde noch nicht bekannt gegeben.<\/p>\n
