Das ern\u00fcchternde Resultat: Innerorts wurden Radfahrende zu 50 % von Autofahrenden zu eng \u00fcberholt \u2013 au\u00dferorts sind es sogar 80 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[toc]<\/p>\n<h2>ADFC und Hochschule RheinMain messen Abst\u00e4nde<\/h2>\n<p>Seit Herbst 2021 haben Freiwillige in einem Projekt des ADFC Darmstadt-Dieburg mit 25 OpenBikeSensoren mehr als 20.000 \u00dcberholvorg\u00e4nge vermessen. Eine Studie der Hochschule RheinMain, im Fachbereich angewandte Informatik, konnte mit eigenen Sensoren Daten aus 8.000 weiteren \u00dcberholvorg\u00e4ngen beisteuern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse sind deutlich, aber nicht wirklich \u00fcberraschend: In 50 % der F\u00e4lle wurde der gesetzlich vorgeschriebene \u00dcberholabstand von 1,5 Metern innerorts zu Fahrradfahrenden unterschritten; die au\u00dferorts geltenden 2,0 Meter \u00dcberholabstand wurden sogar in 80 % der F\u00e4lle nicht eingehalten. Ebenso kann eine st\u00e4dtische Verkehrsplanung so Gefahrstellen leichter erkennen und gegebenenfalls baulich entsch\u00e4rfen.<\/p>\n<h2>OpenBikeSensor \u2013 Was ist das?<\/h2>\n<p>Der OpenBikeSensor ist ein Ger\u00e4t, das \u00dcberholabst\u00e4nde zu einem Fahrrad mittels Ultraschall messen kann.
