einem E-Mountainbike zu tun, das mit einem vollkommen neuen Rahmenkonzept aufwarten kann. Yamaha spricht hier von einem Dual-Twin-Rahmen, der eine sehr dynamische Formensprache und eine geduckte Silhouette besitzt. Dieser Rahmen wurde gemeinsam mit dem Yamaha PW-X3-Motor entwickelt und stellt damit ein ganzheitlich entwickeltes E-MTB dar.\u00a0Die kompakten Abmessungen und das geringe Gewicht des Antriebs haben es den Yamaha-Ingenieuren erm\u00f6glicht, ideale Rahmen-Dimensionen zu erreichen, insbesondere eine hohe Bodenfreiheit und einen kompakten Radstand f\u00fcr mehr Agilit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<div Kritikpunkt war in der Vergangenheit immer wieder die teilweise recht ruppige Charakteristik und das abrupte Losbrechmoment schon bei geringstem Druck aufs Pedal. Mit dem PW-X3 verspricht Yamaha eine sanftere Modulation und smoothere Charakteristik, ohne aber an Durchzug und Power auch bei niedriger Trittfrequenz einzub\u00fc\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Yamaha PW-X3 leistet ein maximales Drehmoment von 85 Nm und liegt damit gleichauf mit dem Bosch Performance CX Gen4 und dem Shimano EP8. Beim Gewicht und dem Einbauvolumen konnten die Ingenieur*innen im Vergleich zum Vorg\u00e4ngermodell PW-X2 einiges einsparen. Deshalb gibt es beim PW-X3 einige Detaill\u00f6sungen, die Tuning verhindern oder zumindest stark erschweren sollen. Zum einen wurden s\u00e4mtliche Motorleitungen im Inneren jetzt fest verl\u00f6tet, zum anderen wurde ein neuer Geschwindigkeitssensor entwickelt. Erkennt das System illegales Motortuning, dann f\u00e4llt es in eine Art Notlauf und die Leistung der Unterst\u00fctzung wird extrem gedrosselt.
