Offenbar wurde eigens eine Spedition gegr\u00fcndet, um die Fahrr\u00e4der zu stehlen.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das toppt sogar den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtb-news.de\/news\/bike-fun-international-diebstahl\/\" title=\"Narkosegas Diebstahl\" rel=\"noopener\">Narkosegas-Diebstahl<\/a>, der im Februar auf einen LKW mit Komponenten ver\u00fcbt wurde! Laut einer<a href=\"https:\/\/www.polizei.bayern.de\/aktuelles\/pressemitteilungen\/031526\/index.html\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"> Meldung der Polizei Operpfalz<\/a> kam es in der ersten Jahresh\u00e4lfte 2022 bei einer Firma aus der Nordoberpfalz zu vier F\u00e4llen von abhanden gekommenen LKW-Ladungen. Die Fahrradladungen im Wert von 1,6 Millionen Euro wurden von einer verd\u00e4chtigten Phantom-Speditionsfirma abgeholt, die laut Polizeimeldung inzwischen nicht mehr existiert. In den LKW befanden sich insgesamt mehr als 800 Fahrr\u00e4der. <\/p>\n<p>Bereits im April 2022 habe die Firma aus der Nordoberpfalz mehrere F\u00e4lle von Betrug angezeigt. Eine von der gesch\u00e4digten Firma beauftragte Spedition erledigte demnach zun\u00e4chst einige Transporte ohne Beanstandungen. Schlie\u00dflich habe die Firma auch die nun verschwundenen Fahrr\u00e4der zur Auslieferung an dieselbe Spedition \u00fcbergeben. Vier Lkw-Ladungen mit insgesamt mehr als 800 hochwertigen Fahrr\u00e4dern seien dabei abhandengekommen. Die Speditionsfirma sei offensichtlich eine Phantomfirma, die nur zum Zweck der Straftatenbegehung gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Europaweit sei es bereits zu verschiedenen \u00e4hnlich gelagerten F\u00e4llen gekommen, an welchen diese \u201ePhantom-Spedition\u201c beteiligt gewesen sein soll. Tatverd\u00e4chtige sind der Polizei noch nicht bekannt geworden.
